 EVENT
PLANNING: One
of the of the most important elements of your event is
the planning process, our event planning consultant will
work with you to plan your perfect evening. We will meet
with you to discuss every aspect of the reception from
the dinner music, the introduction of the wedding party
(Grand Entrance), the speeches, the special dances and
of course the party. You won't have to worry about all
the back end details like set-up times, load in and
power requirements. We will work directly with your
venue manager to make sure that everything runs
smoothly. You will also receive secure online access to
our client web planning tools so you can start the
planning process from the comfort of your own home. We
will be there with you every step of the way and all for
what other DJ companies call their "Basic
Package"
 MUSIC:
Your
suggestions are always welcome and we will help you
select the perfect songs for each special dedication
such as the Grand Entrance, first dance, mother &
son dance, father & daughter dance and any other
special features that you would like to highlight at the
reception, we also listen when there is a song you do
not want played. We can accommodate any request, if there is a
song that we do not have we guarantee that we will get
it for you. All our music is fully licensed for public
performance by the Audio Video Licensing Agency.
 THE
PARTY:
We
will get the party off on the right foot with innovative
ways to get everyone involved right away.
Many
DJ's only cater to a select few people dancing. We will
play a wide variety and the right balance of music to
keep the dance floor full, there will be something for
everyone. Our state of the art light show will create
just the right mood to get your guests onto the
dance floor.
